A 50% booking fee is required on all appointments, which must be made online or by phone call (we cannot accept bookings with payments via message).
The booking fee (deposit) will be forfeited in the event of a no show, or cancellation within 24 hours. This includes changes/rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice.
Please understand we are a small business, last minute changes are not only costly to us but also take up a time slot that someone waiting could have taken.
Appointments can be changed online or by phone outside the 24 hours notice period, please make any changes at your earliest convenience.
